Shipping & Returns

Shipping Terms:

Orders totaling over $100 ship free. The only exceptions are for oversized items which UPS, USPS & FEDEX will not ship. For such items we charge a flat $99 shipping fee for trucking the order directly to your door. We charge $3.95 flat fee per order to help cover insurance costs on your items.

If you live outside of America or would like to place an order for a larger chandelier please contact us.

Orders take 1 to 6 weeks to process unless otherwise noted. Shipping is then through UPS insured, which will take approximately 1 week.

Return Policy:

Please make sure you read the descriptions, and look at the pictures carefully. Ask all questions BEFORE ordering


If you want to return your item, it must be within 14 days & in NEW, UNUSED & UNDAMAGED condition.

There is a 20%-40% restocking fee (depending on manufacturer policy), plus cost of shipping both ways.


If you would like to cancel your order it must be done by 7pm on the day you placed the order to incur no fee.

To cancel please email us or call us at 1-866-455-4448. Orders cancelled after this time will be considered processed and will incur the same fees as returns.

Items shipped by special truck, custom fixtures, closeouts & one of a kind items may not be returned or cancelled for any reason.

Shipment Refusal:

To refuse shipment you must first obtain permission from by calling us at 1-866-455-4448. If done without authorization order will be treated as a return.

Return Process & Refunds:

To return an item please call us or email us at to request a return authorization. You will be informed of all fees. Please pack all returned items in the original packaging with all accessories included. Please insure the items you are returning if they are damaged we can not accept them and you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.

Backorders/Discontinued Items:

If an item is discontinued or backordered we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. You will not incur any fees for canceling the order if you chose to do so.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Damaged/defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery otherwise we cannot approve exchanges. We ask that you inspect all packages before accepting them from the carrier. If you notice damage please refuse the package and contact us immediately with the tracking number and details of the damage. We will contact the manufacturer and give you further instructions according to their individual policies.
